Very pleased. They got rid of a mouse problem for me, and offered to do some work to plug up holes etc which they had pointed out to me as potential places they could be getting in. The best part was that even after I told them I would just do the proofing work myself, they didn't try to persuade me to pay them to do it at all, they just told me if I had any further questions to give them a call.

Great, and a relief! I recently had bed bugs in my apartment, and needless to say, that was a very stressful and gross time. These guys made it much less stressful.
