Rob Swanson did an awesome job on his 5 Day Challenge sharing "mindset + skill + motivated effort" and his playbook of the 4 questions you must ask yourself everyday your feet hit the ground, and how / where to focus on the red light, yellow light, green light sellers. I was impressed by the simplicity of FreedomSoft newest addition: ZipFinder (finding hot honey holes), automation, & his future development of the easy money button.
