Noriko's House Cleaning LLC

We have been very pleased with the service!! Always on time and everyone has been excellent!!

We are very happy with the cleaning and customer service. Noriko really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make them happy.

Noriko's is the best cleaning service I've ever hired. The cleaners are highly efficient, friendly, and professional. They arrive on time and work quickly, doing a great job. If weather or another issue ever prevents a cleaner from being able to work, I get a prompt call from the office to reschedule my cleaning. Noriko occasionally arrives with the cleaner to check out my house and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Amazing cleaning service! The Owner has a heart of gold. I’d highly recommend Noriko’s House Cleaning!

Norikos company is amazing! Definitely will recommend to any and everyone!

They went back 3 times on overtime just to get it right with the first quote. Because I live far away she sent me pictures of the scope and progress of the work. And then a phone call to review the pictures Fabulous from a perfect stranger. Phil

We highly recommend Noriko’s House Cleaning team! Professional & amazing cleaning service! We have used their services for two and a half years and no looking back :)

I have used Noriko's for years and their service is excellent and timely. Their cleaners are very good and efficient.

Fabulous company! Noriko is dedicated, pleasant and professional as are all of the cleaning technicians. This company knows how to provide a consistent service to their clients time and time again. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable service, I highly recommend you give this company a try.

Noriko's has been consistent and generally punctual in the arrival time scheduled. They have been willing to work with our schedule when we give plenty of advance notice. We appreciate thorough cleaning. For a couple of years we enjoyed the same cleaner, though recently Noriko's has sent different cleaners each month, including some new "trainees." They have all cleaned well. Some take a little longer than others, but that's okay. We recommend Noriko's highly.

Nice job. Thank you.

Great job, at a reasonable price.

Unparalleled commitment to their clients. Carrie's communication and dedication is outstanding. Ashlee's attention to detail and care of my home is exceptional. I cannot recommend Noriko's enough. If you're on the fence about having some extra help around your home, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Noriko is committed to great cleaning service and even better customer service. She stands behind her work, highly recommend!

Noriko has a wonderful staff. They are committed to providing great customer service from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the cleaning!

I highly recommend Noriko’s House Cleaning! The owner cares about her employees and works very hard to keep her clients happy.

Noriko's offers the best residential cleaning in the area! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a regular and reliable cleaning crew to make their lives a little easier. We all need a little help now and then, and Noriko's crew is the team for the job!

Oh my gosh! We can’t say enough good things about Noriko’s!! We called last minute because when we were on vacation our house cleaner ruined our house and it was a wreck! Noriko got us a team of 3 girls the next day to clean everything! They did such a good job and we could finally settle in after being gone! Sam, Ashely and Desiree are our hero’s! Great cleaners and awesome people! We will certainly be calling them again!

We used Noriko’s House Cleaning to get our house ready for pictures and to be sold. Certain aspects of the cleaning were excellent. There were some things that appeared to be overlooked or rushed through. We had a small time frame to get the cleaning done so we ended up having to re-clean some areas ourselves.

I submitted my feedback and was quickly contacted by Darlene. She offered sincere apologies and offered compensation for the inconvienice and disappointment.
Although the cleaning services didn’t meet my expectations and needs I appreciated the quick follow up, genuine concern, and the effort to make things right.

Overall great customer service and follow up. I would consider using them again specifically because of that.

My housekeeper is wonderful. Detail oriented and through. And my Great Dane’s girlfriend.

We've been clients of Noriko's house cleaning since June 2011. With a deep bench of meticulous cleaners, Norkio's has always been both reliable and flexible. They do a great job and she continues to explore new ways to make her company even better. Thank you Noriko, Brooke, and the rest of the NHC staff!

Noriko is a high intergrity person. She is committed to providing excellent customer service. I love her enthusiam for excellence.
