Noriko's House Cleaning LLC

Noriko's has been consistent and generally punctual in the arrival time scheduled. They have been willing to work with our schedule when we give plenty of advance notice. We appreciate thorough cleaning. For a couple of years we enjoyed the same cleaner, though recently Noriko's has sent different cleaners each month, including some new "trainees." They have all cleaned well. Some take a little longer than others, but that's okay. We recommend Noriko's highly.

Oh my gosh! We can’t say enough good things about Noriko’s!! We called last minute because when we were on vacation our house cleaner ruined our house and it was a wreck! Noriko got us a team of 3 girls the next day to clean everything! They did such a good job and we could finally settle in after being gone! Sam, Ashely and Desiree are our hero’s! Great cleaners and awesome people! We will certainly be calling them again!

We used Noriko’s House Cleaning to get our house ready for pictures and to be sold. Certain aspects of the cleaning were excellent. There were some things that appeared to be overlooked or rushed through. We had a small time frame to get the cleaning done so we ended up having to re-clean some areas ourselves.

I submitted my feedback and was quickly contacted by Darlene. She offered sincere apologies and offered compensation for the inconvienice and disappointment.
Although the cleaning services didn’t meet my expectations and needs I appreciated the quick follow up, genuine concern, and the effort to make things right.

Overall great customer service and follow up. I would consider using them again specifically because of that.

It is a great feeling to come home and have everything cleaned! Noriko's house cleaning is great. The girls do a very thorough job. It's like the cleaning fairies come in and do everything so I can spend time doing other things (or nothing at all). I highly recommend Noriko's!
