I liked info on vision board and body language, and pages in booklet for notetaking. Good mix of lecture and activity. Appreciated enthusiasm and sensitivity of presenter. Very motivational. Not fond of all the high-fiving. Did not appreciate seminar volunteers speaking loudly behind us while we tried to listen to event. I went back and asked them to be quiet, was thanked by many other students upon returning to my seat, and then the loud talking started again. VERY IRRITATING! Was juggling family wedding and seminar on Saturday. Left for ceremony right before lunchtime and hurried back (missing family time) expecting to arrive just as lunch ended--only to find lunch had just started at 2:30!!! Way too late for a hypoglycemics like my husband. Plus the topic missed was Present Yourself--something my husband desperately wanted to hear. Why not break at normal time and pick up topic upon returning? Sometimes spent too long on a topic--when info becomes redundant my brain turns off, and I fall asleep.
