I am hooked , RedBike is awesome and Adrenalina makes it much more enjoyable and her high/ bubbly energy is unmatched. I was in search of a spinning class to mix up my usual CrossFit workouts and so I went to a couple studios including SoulCycle in Coral Gables, and I must say that RedBike was the better option for because the class pricing already includes the shoes , the instructors are very upbeat and acknowledge you by saying hi.
