So many decisions are based on reviews and recommendations in our world today and that is exactly how I found this amazing realtor. I had gone on social media asking for recommendations for a realtor as we were new to the area. Alex came up several times on my post so I went to his reviews. Needless to say, I was impressed so reached out to him. From our very first conversation to sitting around the closing table, we knew we made the right choice as everything went so smooth and was extremely stress free thanks to him being on top of everything and involved in every step of the house buying process. Alex met with us before we began our house search and went through in detail what to expect, explained the market at the time and never once did we feel like our questions weren’t answered. Alex is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and one of the best negotiators around. He is extremely organized, always keeping in touch and one of the most upbeat positive people you could meet.
