Moving to Rochester, MN, from out of state, I wanted a good real estate agent. Alex Mayer turned out to be an excellent choice. I first encountered his name on You Tube: “Alex Mayer: EXP Realty.: His You Tube site has around 30 videos, including: “Before You Buy a Home in Rochester, MN”, “Buying a Home in Rochester, MN”, “Mortgage Companies”, “Interest Rates”, “Down Payments”, “Negotiating Price”, etc. to mention a few titles. I watched about five videos and decided to call his number. He was quite easy to talk to, put me at ease right away, not at all “hard sell,” and he explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. He gave me the names of local finance agents who got me a good interest rate, and they in turn connected me with a local insurance broker who got me a better insurance rate than my current agent. Alex gave me names for local home inspection companies and a local title company. All of this has made the entire home buying process Fast, Easy, and a Wonderful Experience.
