Alex was truly the best at handling every situation we ran into during our selling and buying processes. He was more than willing to show us homes days on end, which led us to our dream home for my fiance and all 6 of our fur babies! He spend time with us upfront explaining what to expect and outlined potential pitfalls. Selling our house was far from easy, the buyers were clear to close but a few hours before closing we were informed that the sale would not be going through - we expect the buyers had been dishonest with their lender and agent, but we’ll never fully know. This cause a lot of stress on myself and my fiancee, but Alex could not have handle it any better. Alex was able to help us keep the earnest money from the sale that had fallen through. He was very determined to sell our home for us and made it happen so we only had to make one more mortgage payment. We will certainly be returning clients if we choose to sell again. You’ll be in great hands with Alex - even when problems come up he’ll be there to both support you and to go to bat for you!
