Selecting Alex Meyer as my real estate agent turned out to be a very good decision. I needed to buy a home and relocate halfway across North America from the east coast to Rochester, MN. I was very anxious. From the first contact with Alex, I was put at ease. Alex educated me up front on how the process of finding and buying a home in Rochester would unfold. He was able to explain terms and concepts in plain language. Alex was consistently prompt in responding to calls, texts and emails. He recommended using a local source for a mortgage to make us more appealing to local home sellers. He referred me to local businesses for home financing, home insurance, appraisers, and home inspectors. His recommendations made the process easier, but I feel like he also saved me money. He kept me up to date on everything as the process unfolded. He was very congenial and has the best team in real estate: himself, Atlas and Kaia (his malamutes) and Vee, the cutest savannah cat in the world! Alex was a great asset representing me in negotiating a deal on my new home. I can see why he was voted the best real estate agent in Rochester MN IN 2022 (the PostBulletin) and 2023 (Rochester City Awards)!
