Leadership Society of Arizona

This was a very interesting experience. It was not what I expected it to be. I think what they teach is important and valuable. Not only do they present the information in effective ways, they also show how these concepts can be applied with engaging activities throughout the day. I thought I would get to know other kids my age more but I didn't really feel like I did. Overall, if you want to learn how to be successful, I recommend this program.

Normally I hate camps, but I honestly had the best time here. I wish I was able to sign up for the next camp because I am going to miss this so much! And trust me when I say this, I am not a camp person but this was so so fun and I would 10/10 recommend this to ANYONE and I mean anyone. I am going to miss the teachers because they are so chill, but we actually learn A LOT, and most of all have fun. Please, if you are reading this and you're like, "NO MOM DONT LET ME GO" (I was the same way) just go and you'll see why I am begging you to go.

100% worth every second. Was both beneficial and fun. The teachers were very good at teaching and very fun to learn with. If you go, ask to play "shell shock". They will know what you mean. :)

I really liked how this camp's purpose was to make people's lives easier while learning at the same time! Many camps force you to think and learn, which is just like school! Although this is a logical and educational camp, it is super helpful and does not require much thinking.

I attended the LSA summer program for the second time this year. I have a hard time making friends at school. In a high school of maybe 3K people, I have fewer friends than fingers on one hand. Yet when I was at this program, I made friends with every other kid there. I felt welcome and that's something I haven't experienced in a long time, especially not at my school. I had a great time and I'm definitely going to be attending any events they have in the future.

LSA programs emphasize on holistic development for kids, which includes academic success, career coaching, good values, healthy relationships , and good citizenship. It provides inspiration , direction, and purpose to lead a happy , successful and enriching life, and shows them how it can be done, using scientific and proven methods.
LSA staff are great mentors, career/ life coach, and have positively influenced many kids, including my daughter.

This was a fantastic experience for my daughter. She has been given tools and a new perspective on her educational journey. Great group of leaders. We will definitely be signing up her siblings to take this class in the future.

My son came back the very first day and said how he was able to look at things differently. I was surprised a few things I have already spoke to him about and he did not appear to listen, all of sudden were good ideas. After meeting at the final presentation, I could tell why he listen to the instructors. They were all so personable and energetic. I recommend this to any child.

This was an eye-opening experience. I have made a lot of friends at this program and they made it feel like they took their time to know and understand my frustrations to each individual going through the program.

My son had a wonderful experience. He came home and told us that he learned things that he never thought about before. He found a new way to look at life and felt like he actually got something out of this camp having gone to many others. He had a lot of fun and thought the instructors were great! We highly recommend this camp!!

My son, who never shares anything that he learns at school, talked to me in depth about what he learned in this program and the different way of thinking. I appreciate the information he learned about valuing other people. This is a lesson we could all benefit from. We plan to stay in touch with this organization for mentoring purposes.

This camp has proposed many amazing new ideas. The teachers are understanding and give many exciting and personal stories to make the camp super fun. The activities you do don't feel like a waste of time in fact sometimes you wish the day was longer. I would definitely recommend your child to come to this camp.

To begin with, if you have a student who is reluctant to take the course, disregard their complaints and send them anyway. After having a life changing experience at the first program, I decided to get as involved with the LSA. Every time I complete a course I pick up something new which helps me improve my life.

Unlike any other leadership program in high school. They taught important lessons and changed my perspective on my life path. I learned that things don't need to be complicated in order for it to be worth learning. This has helped me in my senior year. I learn better now by breaking things down and simplifying them in order to learn. That is something I learned at the Leadership Society of Arizona. I learned to see that I will attain the goals in my life even if I don't take the steps that I planned to get there. The Leadership Society of Arizona will honestly teach you the skills that are necessary for you to grow and be a successful person. The teachers here put time into learning who you are. They take time to learn about what you like and who you want to be. That is one the most important things that I saw during my time at the Leadership Society of Arizona. I 100% recommend this...

good stuff. you should do more games. good teachers/assistants and students. change in perspective

This is the second year my daughter attended the summer program. She has learned skills that I know she will use for the rest of her life. These techniques help her manage her stress and have empowered her to take control of her life. This program has been life changing for her and I'm so glad we found LSA!

Our daughter really enjoyed the four day LSA program. She learned new philosophies and strategies for success in a fun and engaging way. We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and would recommend the program to motivated students looking to advance their leadership and efficiency skills.

This program met our expectation and maybe even was over our expectations. My son really enjoyed it and learned a lot from it. Thank you team

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the week and has stated she has plans for being less stressed and more organized for the coming school year. She feels this program has helped her to minimize anxiety.

Our son really enjoyed the presenter. He was reluctant to attend but quickly changed his mind. The true gem, I believe was the skill of the presenter. We would be interested in other programs with this presenter.

I did not know what to expect when coming to LSA, but after the first day, I knew that I would love it and that was exactly what happened. I would definitely do this again and recommend it to all of my friends.

My son was not looking forward to spending a week in class and went because I "made" him. After the first day when I asked him how it went he tried to hide his smile as he said it was "pretty good" which meant that it was very good. Several days after camp he is still calling out situations that he relates to what he learned. Thanks! I'm looking forward to this school year to see how chooses to use what he has learned.
