I have had several memberships with Zona. I have taken the Pilates classes and use the Sauna, Red Light Therapy Bed, and Cryotherapy as much as I can. The red light bed is my favorite. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend. Read more >

Wonderful therapy service provided for my daughter after her foot surgery. Excellent care service and the doctor made us feel comfortable each time.
