Brent and Jen are amazing people. They go above and beyond, in order to make both the seller and buyer of the property happy. They have continued to work on a deal, even after closing, in order to wrap up loose ends and make sure all parties are satisfied. They are knowledgeable about all different types of deals. They are extremely open and honest, and they have put my needs ahead of their own profits. On my last deal with them, they personally helped the seller of the property move, even paying for the uhaul themselves, in order to make sure I had possession of the property. And then they voluntarily got me a roll-off dumpster, in order to make sure I was happy. We just closed on our property with Brent at Zech Buys Houses. When my husband started the process with Jen, I was a little sceptical to say the least...but I can assure you, they are the real deal!! Highly recommend working with them!
