Great experience. Jen was amazing to work with and made it super simple. Despite her busy schedule, she was very responsive and always made the time to answer any questions I had, which were quite a few being that this was the first time I’ve ever sold a house. I was just trying to get what I still owed on the house because of the situation and Jen made it seem effortless. The whole experience was very straight forward, up-front, and honest. Would highly recommend Zech Buys Houses to anybody in Colorado Springs who finds themselves in a bind with a house they need to quickly sell!!
