Honestly I wanted to love this place because of the overwhelmingly good reviews I had read about it but instead I am never coming back here. Everything leading up to the actual appointment with the doctor was great. I didn’t have to wait for long, everyone was very cordial and polite but Dr. Shams seemed like he couldn’t wait to get out of there. I told him I didn’t know what was wrong with my toenail, didn’t know if I had hit or if it was a fungus, he says “it doesn’t look infected, you probably hit it,” he then proceeds to buff my nail down and in the process cuts the skin around my nail, I’m bleeding and he says nothing, okay great, but then he prescribes an antifungal medication? I thought it wasn’t infected? He doesn’t ask to see my other foot, only asked me if I had pain. I had an appointment at 4:15 and the clinic closes at 5.
