I rescheduled my appointment from 1:30pm-2:00pm in after having car trouble . Lady who checked me in did not even greet me. She seemed like not in a very bad/ serious mood I told her i rescheduled she could or did want to acknowledge what i was speaking to her. Bottom line people skills and common courtesy is basic for any business especially a doctors office
