I had a surgery on my foot more than five months ago with Dr Jacob’s and I still having same pain I had before. I had appointment with him five weeks ago to discuss the pain and he suggested that I should get a Amniotic Fluid injection on my foot which needs proof of insurance. The visit was Monday and he said I should have it by Thursday. I wait for a week and no update for it so I called the office and left a message for Christina. No response. I called five more times between five weeks then I went to the office and spoke with the supervisor (Staci). She promised me by end of the day she would solve the problem. I am still waiting to hear from her.

Love Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Sham - they spent time explaining things in terms I could understand. I’ve had to go for a few different reasons and have had great results in solving my concerns. And, all the office/nursing staff are super sweet.
