Dr. Sandoval was great during my visit, but unfortunately the billing & insurance isn't. The Dr..recommended physical therapy for my issue and I was told that I would get a call for PT. That never happened. Week after week and multiple calls later, still no PT information. They can't tell me what my out of pocket cost is. They say call your insurance. They say, we'll call you back. They never have. I'm going elsewhere.

Everyone there were very professional and just really nice .

Not the best experience, went over there 5 times for the same issue and still not right. Last time they told me they will not charge my insurance as a courtesy because all the problems and still charged my insurance. Not coming back. Their reviews are good but all the people that i know that been there have the same issues and not coming back…

I couldn’t reply to your post so i am updating this…. Really, I will not go there any more. The service is so bad after 5 times that what else you want to talk about?!? 5 times was not enough to solve the issue?!? 5 times charging my insurance! Nice facilities hope you keep it for long time because the service is horrible. And the worst part is that people that i know that have been going over there have the same opinion. Stop buying the good reviews.

I have tried to talk to you and it is almost impossible, I DO NOT DO ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET so if I cannot make an appointment with you by phone I will look for another podiatrist, I also need a person who speaks Spanish because I understand more than I speak English.
