It was my first time seeing Dr Jacobs. He was clearly knowledgeable and very pleasant. His staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped into their office. Dr Jacobs was thorough and explained my condition and offered a few different alternatives for my consideration for treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Jacobs for all of your foot care needs!!

I had ingrown toenail problem. Doctor at Total Footcare decided to take out the whole nail after numbing the foot . Doctor gave instructions to follow ( use warm epsom salt water followed by placing some neosprene around the affected area) . Also gave me some antibiotics to take .I followed all his instructions ritually but no result . My toe became severely infected . It is more than four months now. His office keeps sending me bills month after month . I have been advised to see another doctor as this surgery is a total failure . Doctor could have followed much modern technology available without infecting the toe so badly.

Dr. Jacobs has done a great job as he is thorough and does a superior job of healing . Today was my first visit with the spa. I was amazed that they could fix a problem that had been there for a year even though I had been going to get my feet done at another spa for a year. They took extra time and my pain is completely gone and my feet look and feel great. Seriously, I am impressed ! I highly recommend Kim and Dr. James M Jacobs for their superior art.
