From start to finish of my issue with an inflamed tendon, Total Foot Care has been amazing! The staff is friendly, the doctor listened to me thoroughly, the office is clean and bright, and they stagger their patients out so there is never a long wait to be been.

Doctor Elliott is the best! The time and care she gives her patients is warm & friendly.

I saw Dr Mascaro and have absolutely nothing positive to say. I had a horrible experience. No new patient evaluation. No evaluation period.
Was sold a set of inserts without any evaluation of whether or not they would be helpful or hurtful. Supposedly the inserts were meant to be a trial as to whether or not orthotics would be a good idea. This was NOT explained to me at my visit by the doctor or the Medical assistant (about whom I also have nothing positive to say). The insurance lady at their office explained this to me over the phone when I called to complain about the inserts. She was shocked that I was not explained the purpose of the inserts during my visit. After a week of wearing them and experiencing more joint and radiating nerve pain than I have in years, I was told by my PT that the inserts were throwing me off balance and were the reason for my increased and...

The staff (front desk, radiology, nurses) and especially the doctor were all very friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. My wait time was minimal and the doctor diagnosed and treated me immediately. Appointment reminders are conveintiently sent to you by email as well as by cell.
