Do not go here. Front office is completely lost and irresponsible. I cannot get them to return a phone call to review a bill with me. When their office manager does call back (usually a week later), she spends less than 20 secs on the phone before the call drops and does not attempt to call back. This has happened twice!

I have been using Your Total Foot Care for about 3 years now, I see Dr. Jacobs and am truly appreciative of his skills as a doctor and as a person. He and his staff have always been kind and helpful, in my opinion they provide excellent customer service.

I have been to this place about 4 or 5 times in the last 2.5 years. Every time I got back I am told the doctor I last saw is no longer there. They cannot seem to retain any doctors. The last time I went in because of numbness in my heels. The doctor sold me some $20 heel cups that made the issue worse. He also prescribed a compounded cream. Well the pharmacy he sent the script to has never called me and it's a good thing they did not! I visited my Chiropractor that also specialises in Graston soft tissue mobilization. She found that my upper calves were very tight and in spasm causing the nerves down my leg to pinch and not glide. With massage, stretching, and foam rolling the numbness has gone away. Stay away from here if you actually want to receive a proper diagnosis and treatment

They only care about your MONEY. This is their website do they delete what they don't want you to see. They also sold me inserts I could not wear and refused to give me a refund for them. Which I never use
