Prompt, professional care with personality by all associates. While I only require a simple procedure every 9 weeks, I would not hesitiate to use their services for more complicated care if needed.

I saw Dr. Jacob's years ago at his other location. This was my first time to go to their new location. Making my appointment was very easy, finding the location was easy & convenient, parking was so much better! When I arrived, they took me back within minutes. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Dr. Jacob's listened to my concerns and addressed them. My appointment ran smooth and everyone was great! I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and this practice!

Very professional environment, clean office and very courteous staff!

A month ago I had ingrown toenail treated by dr Rivera. 4 weeks later it’s infected and hurting much more than it ever did. I call and ask if I can get the follow up appt. that was included in the initial treatment and was told yes as long dr doesn’t treat anything. I see dr azer , he tells me that previous dr must have missed something ( pc of nail, skin or enough acid ) but I will need to repeat procedure at full cost. I decline because I have not reached my deductible and dr can’t explain why I won’t have to repeat the procedure every month. So I get a bandaid, a prescription for antibiotics and a bill for $60.

Staff has since reached out to me to clear up misunderstanding. Everyone makes mistakes, but I will rate based on how mistakes are addressed and or corrected.
