I am totally amazed!! I scheduled a surgery for this week with another doctor back in October. The doctor is in my insurance network, however, the surgery center waited until 2 days before the surgery to let me know they are not in my network! Not only am I in pain, but I’ve met my deductible and out of pocket for the year, which meant I have a week to find someone who will not only be willing to squeeze me in for a consult, but be able to perform the surgery. I called Dr. Jacobs’ office and they bent over backwards to help me. I was able to go right over for a consult and within 2 hours of leaving, Kim had my surgery scheduled for Friday! From the first phone call, the checkin process to the exam and scheduling it could not have been any more pleasant nor could anyone there have been more kind and helpful. Friendly, warm, and caring staff. We were referred to Dr. Jacobs for second opinion by our primary care physician. After 7 months of agonizing nerve pain, we received a correct diagnosis and an effective treatment plan by Dr. Jacob. So pleased that the foot will finally heal before taking our dream vacation!

Dr. Shams is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. If I ever have foot problems, I know where to go!
