I had an in ingrown toenail that was very infected. I called Total foot care and explain how I had been suffering with this issue for 2 months and that I have seen two doctors previously and neither of them could cure it. Total foot care was very understanding and gave me a same day appointment . Dr. Shams was amazing. He explained exactly what he was going to do. The procedure itself took about 10 minutes to do. I was told I would experience some discomfort once the anaesthesia wore off and could just take some Ibuprofen the next day, but during the night, I woke up several times in A LOT of pain. All was a great experience except not providing me with pain medication.
