When I visit Dr. Mary Sandavall at total Foot Care Specialist and tell them what problem that I’m having with my foot .shes knows what to do she is very knowledgeable on what to do she explain what she is about to do . So every time that I’m in her office it is a great experience

It was truly puzzling to me why my doctor (Dr. Ali Shams) showed clear impatience, very unwelcoming.
Later, at the front desk I remembered that Dr. Shams and I had not discussed my other foot, which the Xrays were done for as well. When I requested to speak with him again, his impatience grew to expressed frustration. I found that very unprofessional.

I genuinely believe the Katy community deserves better service.

Great experience at this office. Dr. Sandoval is patient, well informed, and was patient during my appointment. Took the time to answer all my questions and explain my situation in detail until I understood. Christine, her assistant was nothing but smiles and positive energy. Before my appointment, I was reluctant to show up to an appt last min as an emergency without knowing the doctor. Now I feel I have a new office to attend to my needs. Great positive pleasant experience. I would suggest Dr. Sandoval to all I know. I went to the office off Fondren.

they know what they are doing they were very professional very friendly and I didn't have wait I was seen the time my appointment was set.when I walked out of there I had brand new feet..and it didn't take long for me to get them they handle me very gentle and I appreciate them to the fullest I recommend tyler ferguson and he felt the same..........
