Dr. Jacobs and staff are extremely wonderful. They truly make sure you are comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. What I like mostly, is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. This helps take away any anxiety you may be feeling about your visit. I trust Dr. Jacobs because he explains everything and asks questions to make sure the patient understands 💜 The front desk staff is amazing 💜💜💜💜

First thing, the tech tried to give me an x-ray and I told her I might be pregnant so she stopped. Went into the exam room and the doctor said there is no treatment for my foot since I might be pregnant. Who knew women who may be pregnant couldn't be treated for a foot injury? They could've asked me that before I showed up to the appointment. Also, I thought it was standard to ask before giving an x-ray? What a waste of time and money. Now I'm stuck with a bill for an appointment where all I got was a "come back if you're not pregnant" and two disposable shoe inserts.

I was so pleased to receive a referral to Total Foot Care Specialists for my 93 year old mother who is in Memory Care. When I called for an appointment they were able to get us in that day, and were able to take taken of my mother' s ingrown toenails that had been neglected due to the lockdown at her facility. They also set up her next appointment to prevent this problem in the future. Thank you for making a trying situation a little easier to bear.
