Explained the services provided in detail and answered all my questions. Inspection was scheduled the very next morning and I had my report waiting and ready to review before I woke up the next day. The report was easy to read and understand. Loved the fact that pictures were included. They linked me to someone who checked for termites and overall customer service skills was great.
