Your Time Home Inspections

After purchasing a new build I figured not much would come out in the inspection. However I am greatly appreciative of how detailed my home inspection was. From high hazard finds to small finds like “window screens missing”. I highly recommend James he is a true professional and knows exactly what he is doing, thank you James!

We were hesitant to get a 3rd Party Inspection on a brand new home as the builder already completed their inspection. I am so happy we decided to get an additional inspection, and even happier that we chose Your Time Home Inspections. The report they provided was very detailed and extremely helpful. The report noted several issues that were not accounted for on the original inspection report that the builder provided. One big detail I'd like to mention: as this is a new home, we had an option to add gutters through the builder. We decided not to proceed as it was a pretty steep cost. On the Inspection report, Your Time Home Inspections noted that it could be a hazard to not have gutters at the front of the house. After the builder reviewed the inspection, they actually added a gutter to the front of the house FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST. If this hadn't been recommended, I know this safety...

Guy missed the electric box and almost burned our home down. Cost us 3800 to get it fixed, and when i called the company, the owner ignored my calls, emails and wouldn't return my calls. I do NOT recommend this company. He nit picked over stupid stuff but left off what really mattered

Mark was awesome. Walked me thorough all of the things they survey, how they are rated, impact on future living. Highly recommended, timely, professional.

James gave us an incredibly detailed assessment of the entire home and the extra services we selected were so thoroughly done it allowed us to make a clear decision on whether to move ahead or not. In this case we did not, but we have no regrets either. The inspection shone so much light on so many issues that it was impossible to move forward even though we were prepared to do some work this was far too out of reach and this inspection saved us from making an extremely risky purchase. We will be in touch again soon for another inspection. Also, the turnaround time was the same day which was so helpful because we were on a tight closing schedule.
