He a good 45 minutes of his time on a Sunday afternoon to go over our entire inspection findings and answer our many questions. I was surprised at how detailed the inspection was! I had my inspection by Ryan Sims Nachi #15100718. He was pleasant and thorough. He took his time doing the inspection, and even spend a good amount of time dealing with ALL of my questions, out side in the cold... (the homeowners were there and we didn't want to talk infront of them). He was welcoming of all of my questions and showed me the various things he found through out the house. Setting up the initial appointment, and all other interactions via phone and email were responsive and courteous.
