Your Time Home Inspections? More like Waste Your Time Home Inspections. We are sellers and had the absolute privilege of having this company visit us for our buyer's home inspection. To begin, the inspection was scheduled for 8am. They arrived at 7:40 and wanted to start the inspection as we were scrambling out the door with our three dogs, and water bottles, food, etc. because inspections take time and we were expected to be out of the home for three or so hours while it was done. This is not our first inspection, so we knew what was up.

Let me tell you how wrong we were. At hour five, we had to call our realtor and see what actually was going on. Had they taken a lunch break? Was someone hurt? What was happening at our home that just last week an inspection happened and today, it is taking 5 hours? We have a Nest camera pointed in the front yard and were patiently...
