Great professionalism and quick response time, I was worried about the cost and price at the beginning. The prices seemed steep in comparison to others but the service and quality spoke for itself and was worth every penny. The one stop shop and team effort on site during the inspection was amazing. Plus the staff was very respectful to the existing renters in the building which provide a smooth transition into my ownership. I will utilize this company again and again this company service is amazing for the out of state investor or the new comer to Texas.

Even though I hired this business to do an inspection for my knowledge about a home i was purchasing, the inspector spoke with the current home owner about issues with the home as he arrived home early during the inspection. This caused a lot of difficulty dealing with the repairs needed, as the inspector should not have spoke with the non paying party, since they did not hire him. I was unable to negotiate with the seller after that point, since he immediately hired friends to do his "repairs". This caused an awful buying experience for me, in which could have been avoided had the inspector respected business relationship.
