HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! I needed an inspection to be completed in 5 days, I call them them and they gave me the next day even that it was an Saturday. Company provided an prompt, friendly, and professional service that the inspector answer all our questions. I read all reviews before calling them and the other reviews had positive feedbacks and they were correct. Company provided plenty of pics and I am really happy with their services will recommend them to others.

I paid for top-tier service and that's what I got. I wanted to be as well-informed as I could about the home purchase. I wish I could've met the inspectors that conducted the inspection but I was out of town at the time and since my agent was on-site at the time they ended up talking to him. The quality of the report was phenomenal. I can't do it justice. It's been so helpful having the PDF on hand to look at related images and details of the findings of the inspectors. If I look to inspect a property in any other area or state it's going to be hard to find another company that comes close to the level and scope of service that I received with Your Time Home Inspections (I tried in Miami, it's not an easy find!). As an aside I highly recommend the repairs estimate add-on because it makes it easier to pick and choose what to work on first, second, etc. That said if you're looking at a...
