As a first time home buyer the inspection is very crucial for us. Luis was at the house for a good amount of time thoroughly inspecting it. After he was done I truly appreciated him spending close to an hour going over the report. Not only did he explain to me the issue but he actually walked me through the house to visually see the problem.
