They were recommended by our realtor and it’s been a great experience. I talked to James first and he was very professional and stepped up to coordinate everything for our inspection so I didn’t have to be the one making multiple calls and coordinating. He did a thorough job and explained things to my husband well.

Afterwards, our report had issues opening due to a database error and they worked very promptly to fix it for us. Rebekah, in their office, is super sweet and efficient!!

Time Home Inspections, and specifically Luis, did an outstanding job. Now I will admit, I'm a first time home buyer so I wasn't sure who to look for. The process was very hands-off for me which is exactly what I needed due to work commitments and it needed to be done within a timely manner. This company however does not. I am displeased they have given out my phone number to other companies to harass me about other things. My email/phone number have been handed out for insurance quotes, movers, and other such companies who stated they got my number from “your time” home inspector. I pursued one and the insurance guy over-quoted me. Will not be pursuing anymore quotes from these cold callers you’ve handed my information to. And will be unsubscribing from your company. Very bad customer service, I have been harassed to leave this review, via phone calls and emails.
