Your Time Home Inspections is the most reliable home inspection company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. They have done many inspections for me and I have referred them to many people I know that were buying a home. The people I have referred them to have been happy with their service as well. I will continue to refer them to anyone I know who is buying a home.

James with Your Time home inspections was very professional and helpful! Not only did he walk us through all of the findings from his inspection, he talked to us in depth about what was a big concern and what was just minor upkeep! We received a 45ish page report with findings, photographs, and a color coded system. Their inspections also come with a lot of added extras, and a Monster Free inspection card for kiddos(which my son thought was extra awesome!) Not only were they very professional, they were able to do our inspection extremely quickly. Highly recommend them! 10/10 would inspect with them again!

I received a 47 page report with pictures and a full descriptive paragraph of what was found, what it needs to be corrected, recommended work, detail of each picture, and the grade of concern/problem on a scale of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green. This was the absolute most complete, extensive, thorough, professional service. I would pay triple the cost to use this company! Just amazing! We canceled the offer on the first house we got an inspection on. it was a big FAIL! 6 days later we contracted for a different house and needed an inspection. Called them and they went in 48 hours!
