As a long-term landlord, I had decided it was time to sell my rental property in Middle River. I had heard about Vinny and his success in getting homes sold quickly, so I decided to give him a call. I met with Aaron back in August of 2019 and he shared with me the various marketing and advertising systems they use to get homes sold quickly. I knew this was the right company to get my home sold. As soon as my house went on the market we had several showings and in less then 2 weeks the house was under contract at 98% of list price.
