Had a terrific experience working with Vinny Steo and his team. Selling our home, as-is, I talked to several cash investor/buyers, but felt I was being low-balled on our home's value. Vinny offered a cash option as our baseline, but even better, put our home out to buyers who were willing to buy as-is and then live in the home as they did the rehab work themselves. With his promotion, we had massive interest with over 50 groups touring the house on its open house afternoon. Our neighborhood was literally swamped with cars for the event.
