I had a very bizarre interaction with this group. We placed a back up offer on an investment property that we were interested in and provided a pre-qualification letter. Our agent received multiple emails from Vinny asking about the status of our earnest money deposit. When our real estate agent insisted on a buyer release letter from the buyers under contract and a contract for us, Vinny stopped responding.
