As we were planning to sell our house in Upland CA, we considered many options in selecting a realtor. When we contacted her and made arrangement to meet her at her office in November 2019, she immediately understood our needs and laid out a plan to sell our house in a timely manner. Our timeline was tight since Christmas was approaching in a month with family visiting, and planned 2 week vacation in January, then moving to a retirement community in March. My wife and I had been searching for a home for the better part of a year and were wary of the market turbulence that we'd seen (i.e., the local market had appreciated rapidly the past year and prices appeared to have leveled out and I was certain that we were in a bubble that would burst within the month, while my wife disagreed and thought that we needed to buy now because prices would continue to climb). We brought Li Li aboard and with her decades of experience she was able to tell us that homes in our target area were likely to continue to appreciate, which was really what I needed to hear to be able to commit to a purchase.
