Nelly cleans my house like it’s her own. She is very thorough, she works diligently and always has a smile on her face. She has become a part of our family and we love her. It was easy to reach their receptionist and book a cleaning appointment. They gave us an accurate quote and kept us apprised of the appointment schedule. Two cleaning ladies showed up a half hour early (which was fine) with their supplies and equipment. They went right to work and did a thorough cleaning. They were pleasant. I heard one of them singing as she was cleaning the bathroom. They finished after three hours and everything looked great. The result exceeded our expectations. I’m expecting my first baby next week and knew I had to have a clean house before her arrival! I contacted Yorleny’s cleaning service when I saw the reviews and they were immediate in their response back as far as availability and consulting me on what my expectations were. The team that arrived were warm and very professional, they put my mind at ease and made me feel like my home was in good hands. I ran errands and came back to a wonderfully deep cleaned home that smelled fresh and lovely. They were such a treat to have during this time preparing for my new bundle.
