I am very pleased with the care and treatment received. All staff are very polite and helpful. All procedures are explained clearly and thoroughly. Dr Raj is one of the best skin care specialists and I highly recommend this clinic.

Attending the clinic is like catching up with friends who happen to be wielding needles! There is a video in the waiting room of various procedures but if you feel anxious/squeamish the staff will happily change the channel to endearing footage of Dr. Raj's graduation (s) which is much more relaxing and reassuring IMO. All staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. If you are a nervous or first time patient, you will be distracted from any concerns or fears by the witty banter of Dr. Raj. Usually this is enough but numbing cream is available as well as a 'facial tens machine' or as I refer to it, the 'face vibrator'. You will leave looking the best version of yourself (might take a day or 2 depending on your chosen treatment but he'll be honest about that, too). My first visit today, met by very friendly staff. The lady I saw (apologies for not remembering your name) was lovely. She went through the treatment I thought I wanted and then because of last experience and what I wanted to achieve; informed me of other treatments. She spent time explaining, talking and listening.
