Always such a positive experience, from the moment you walk into the fabulous reception area where you are greeted with just the most lovely staff & a coffee if you fancy one. The treatment rooms are amazing, where whoever is providing your treatment always makes you feel special. In my case it is Sophie who always greets you with a warm and cheerful smile. She is always friendly, informative and makes you feel fabulous. I always feel like I’ve known her forever. It was great to see on this visit a couple of guys in the reception ready for their consultation and treatment and who clearly felt as comfortable as I always do when I go in. Good to see an environment that has created a brand and atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone irrespective of the journey you are going on. If you are thinking about it, I can’t recommend it enough.

I had my initial consultation today with Dr Raj and he exceeded all expectations. He was extremely professional, thorough, honest, friendly and so knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. Certainly a positive experience which will allow me to make a really informed decision. Thank you.

A very efficient team, from booking my consultation with Dr Raj, to his clinical assistant sending me full record of our conversation after my appointment (which I found really useful to read and go over everything again).
The clinic is exceptional, the smell as you walk in, how modern it is and very clean!
Dr Raj is incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly I could really go into detail about what was bothering me and he had the solution to fix it.
