They arrived on time & we’re done earlier than estimated. They asked before cutting screen in basement window. They did not leave vents open or shut as they found them. Also pulled a sprinkler head out of the ground with their hoses & did not put back. Overall they did a good job.

Was a very easy process to get a bid, schedule the cleaning, and have our carpets cleaned. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours and did a wonderful job. We’ll be back again in the future to have our carpets cleaned.
