Quick. Efficient. Never cleaned my bbq before. glad we did.

So wanted to like this company’s service but cannot do it. Two boys (teenagers?) came to clean. At first I was happy even though it didn’t look like the after photos they post. But then I started to notice things. After second use when I went to turn off tank, there was grease on my hands... had a look and it was all down the tank and on cabinet floor. So I started really looking. Had to remove the grate and burner cover plate to look and I can see right through the bottom to inside the cabinet where the tank is. Next I had to get a bucket of soapy water and clean the tank and floor of cabinet. Now why did this happen? So I went searching and the drip tray is hanging by a thread to the rusted away grease tray. Certainly not their fault it’s rusted, but why the heck not tell me before I have a whole new mess to clean up! So I think lesson learned and go searching online for...

Like new and cooks like its brand new. I will do this annually now. Decent service.

Hiring this company was a complete waste of money! The service provided was not even close to the promised service showed by their before and after website photos. On top of that, it took me more that two hours to clean up the mess they left on my interlock patio! The guys had a tarp but did more of a mess outside the tarp, not to mention the mess they made of my patio loungers. Wish I could have left a more negative review than one star! If this company had any sense of customer service they would refund the outrageous amount of money I was charged for this outrage!

Great cleaning job. My bbq is spotless and working better then it has in years. Thank you.

I had my gas bbq cleaned. The service cost me $200. The bbq was left most cleaned however they left my deck completely ruined with greased footsteps all over. There were three teenage boys that showed up to clean the bbq. They put a tarp under the bbq but because they kept walking on and off the tarp they kept spreading the grease around. I called their office while the cleaning was being performed and they indicated they will get back to me within 24 hours. With that said, the boys finished their cleaning and left my deck still ruined with heavy grease marks all over.
I called their office again and was brushed off. Later they told me that the pictures I've sent don't show any grease marks to them. The call was escalated to the owner. The owner also responded that they will not be taking any action as the pictures don't show any grease marks to them!!
