this was my husbands and my second experience with Eilene and again it went smoothly although we had a few hic cups . Our inspection pointed put a fairly large issue that almost has us walking away . Our request for an adjustment did not go over well with the sellers and they chose not to follow thru. Our issue was that we were on a time constraint on a 1031 and our options were dwindling .
