My Mother bought a kilo (1000 grams) of the "Infinity" Red which turns out not to be an actual red, she realized that taking it made her feel super anxious and jittery and wanted to replace the product. Laughing Lion has a satisfaction guarantee on their products. She called and was assured a replacement kilo.

Upon Driving up to Monument from the Springs, she was given a 500 gram replacement of a cheaper strain in comparison to the Infinity. I called to try and sort out the false assurances, and was told once again that if she returned there would be a credit on her account to take care of the missing amount of kratom that was to be given as a replacement.

There was a $10 credit added to her account, this can be used to buy a single ounce (28 grams) of kratom, which is about as expensive as you can find kratom. Meaning they did not honor their...
