I was very nervous about my offer on a new house. The inspector from Wrubel was so very kind and understanding. She let me follow her around and ask questions. She answered all of my questions patiently and kindly. She went into the attic, walked all around the house more than once, the basement etc. She checked electrical, plumbing, structural, heating and cooling, water and gas cut offs... so many things I would not even think of. Her report was thorough and easy to understand. I feel she absolutely took her job and my house and concerns very seriously. I hope to never move again, but if I do I will certainly call Wrubel.
