Excellent. The job was completed in the time frame that was provided to us. Initially, the customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered over the phone and a prompt email quote was provided. An estimate was completed in person with a thorough explanation of the process and what to expect during the refinishing. The end result looks amazing and I am so happy that we decided to take on this project and chose Wolverine to do our hardwood floors. They treated our home with respect and made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire process. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide!

I did work for wolverine flooring and never got paid.. they blocked my number.. 1,856.00.. Erica the wife of pat, is horrible she dose what ever she wants. She is very disrepectful.

Wolverine Flooring did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves better than most contractors that we have dealt with. No issues with the floors, and great advice about how to care for them.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Very incompetent. We would not recommend them to anyone. Beware, because they are shady and most likely do not have a license. The owner Pat threatens the customer and retaliates like a child dumping garbage on the front lawn because he was told his work was careless and unprofessional. A worker fell through the floor and through the ceiling of the room located below. No apology was given. The only reason the owner left our property was because we advised the police would be called if he did not leave as requested. Days would go by that they said they would be out to work on the job when no one would show up or update with a phone call. The office manager was snotty and unprofessional. If you are looking for professional work and a good customer service experience, do not spend your money with this so called company.

We hired Wolverine Flooring to refinish the oak floors and to install carpet in a couple rooms in a rental house we have At first, they were very responsive and friendly. They were very eager to start the work and finished in a very short time frame. Upon inspection of the work, the hardwood floors looked much better but were not as semi-gloss as I asked for. The carpet was less impressive as it was simply cut and laid over the old nasty carpet already in the house. I called them back to rip out the old carpet and put down a carpet pad and then lay the new carpet as that is what I paid for. They were prompt in correcting the work and I was satisfied with my purchase.
