Wolverine Flooring

Wow, I'm really pleased with the work, thanks to the guys at Wolverine Flooring.

Wolverine refinished the wood floors in our home and they are beautiful. So glad we had them redone.

We hired Wolverine to refinish our original wood floors in our house this summer. They gave us a quote that was reasonable and were able to start work within one week, which was great. The floors turned out pretty good, but the list of complaints is very long and made it not worth the price we paid at all. From the beginning, their whole operation seemed sketchy. We gave them a key for their lock-box and there was only one worker who came and went throughout the day. Day one we came to the house and there was a random little girl in our house with the worker and Pat, the owner said that she was going to be picked up shortly by her mom. She ended up being there the entire day, while her dad worked on our floors and she wandered around our house.Very unprofessional. Another day there was a random man sitting on the couch in our living room, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Exterior...

Cant say much for the company itself because nobody in their company answered the phone. But whoever drives the company car needs to take drivers training again. On their phone for straight 45 minutes, slamming on their brakes because they arent paying attention in heavy traffic and wpuldnt let anyone go around him to avoid it. He swapped lanes as soon as he caught someone in his peripherals.

The work took longer than initially quoted and we were told it was because they ‘backed the work’, so we tried to be flexible (and they were not apologetic about it, and asked to work late so we planned around it, but they never showed up) but they didn’t do a good job at all. The flooring wasn’t blended correctly, there was varnish on our walls and other flooring, and carpet staples were still in the floors and just varnished over. I brought some of this to the attention of the customer service person, and she was unresponsive often and only communicated via text. It wasn’t until we said we were going to look for another company that she answered my calls. We also had to put a different color coat over the floors as the stain was so far off. Rude. Showed up and started working on the floors in the apartment beneath us at 10pm, making a huge racket. Tried to be nice and ask them to maybe keep it down a little for us, since we had to get up for work. Basically shut the door on my face and didn't care.

We had purchased an older home, pulled up the carpet and found wood underneath. I called Wolverine Flooring. They came out that same afternoon, and we ended up hiring them. The floors look great now, and the price was fair. Would recommend their services.

We got our floors redone by Wolverine Flooring right before Christmas, we are happy and we think they look 100 times better than before, good company to deal with

Big job, Wolverine had 5 guys assigned and they worked hard. It took a bit longer than expected, but looked real nice in the end. Everyone was very respectful and clean onsite.

Very knowledgeable about the products and process; attentive to our specific needs. Will recommend.
