Wolverine Flooring

Pat is absolutely wonderful! He cares! I cannot believe they restored our floor with perfection. So glad we chose this company!

So I am not going to write a long story, I will just state some facts. Wolverine did not finish in the time originally quoted and when given another set deadline, they missed it and failed to offer any apology and seemed like they wanted a pat on the back. They did not put out house back properly, allowed their kids and dogs into our home without asking, damaged multiple items in our home and stated they were like that and if that isn’t enough one of the worker’s vehicles leaked oil all over my driveway. A lot can be forgiven in life but they did not even seem to care at all. This is one experience I will put in the negative column and will screen the next company with a lot more attention to detail next time. While they eventually finished the job the complete lack of concern or compassion is something I cannot excuse. I would not recommend wolverine in the future.

Applied finish over their own sawdust Collected in corners. Failed to sand off old finish and stain between heat vent and wall. Damaged HVAC, promised to come back the following day to fix it, but we waited a week and they never fixed it. Stole beer and liquor. Left their equipment sitting on the leather furniture, and half eaten food on the raw wood. Got stain and polyurethane on brand new tile in adjacent rooms.

What a horrible job! Pat repeatedly promised to fix the globs of debris under the finish and the cold air return that they stepped thru, but we eventually didn’t trust them back in the house. They made deep cuts in the surrounding stairway molding, got coating all over the wall and adjacent tile floors, didn’t vacuum before coating the floors (so whole piles of sawdust are filling the corners, plus bits of debris all through the finish). They repeatedly said they were all done, but agreed it was a mess, rinse repeat! Worst thing is that they were supposed to put high traffic coating and it is scratching very very easy. Unfortunately we paid 1/2 up front and don’t have money to start over now. Hopefully in a year we can have it all redone.

Wolverine did some work for us a couple months back. We were satisfied. Hard workers.
